How do I know what I'm buying?
Each product page includes the available details about the piece, such as its metal, gold purity, gemstones, size, weight, finish, and condition, where applicable. If you need clarification about a particular item, feel free to contact us on Facebook before placing your order.
Are your pieces brand new or pre-owned?
RFJ may offer both brand-new and pre-owned jewelry because we want to make jewelry accessible for everyone as much as we can. The condition of each piece is indicated on its product page. We encourage you to review the description carefully and contact us on Facebook if you need additional information.
How do I order from RFJ?
Browse our collections, select your preferred piece, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After checkout, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your proof of payment through our Google Forms payment confirmation form.
Can I reserve an item without paying?
Once you check out, your chosen item will be reserved for 24 hours while you complete your payment and submit your proof of payment through our Payment Confirmation Form.
Orders without a submitted proof of payment after the reservation period may be cancelled, and the item may be made available for purchase again.
If you've already submitted your proof of payment, please allow time for verification. We'll review your submission before finalizing your order status.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, contact RFJ as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may depend on the order status and whether the item has already been prepared or dispatched.
